NY Funeral Homes Call COVID-19 Stats Padded
Some NY Funeral Homes are calling the statistics on COVID-19 deaths “padded.” A Project Veritas project captured the extent of the problem: they appear to be padding, or adding to the numbers by listing every death as due to the coronavirus. Here are just three examples:
“To be honest with you, all of the death certificates are writing COVID on it, they’re writing COVID on all the death certificates…Whether they had a positive test or didn’t, so I think again this is my personal opinion, I think like the mayor and our city–they’re looking for federal funding and the more they put COVID on the death certificate the more they can ask from the federal funds.” Michael Lanza, Staten Island Colonial Funeral Home
“The sister refused to believe that her sister had COVID-19 and like I said, she was the one that said to me she says well my cousin is you know, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. We’re gonna get an autopsy,’ and I said do what you gotta do, you know and she did what she had to do and sure enough I called her and I said to her that the doctor signed the death certificate did the autopsy – no COVID-19.” Josephine DiMiceli, President of DiMiceli and Sons Funeral Service in Queens
“If you don’t have a private doctor and you weren’t under any medical care, they’re automatically putting down on the death certificate COVID-19, because they don’t wanna go–they’re so overwhelmed. They’re putting everything as COVID-19, so they’re padding the numbers…They’re not going out to houses anymore. They would go out to the house, they would investigate the scene, they would do some testing at the scene and then come up with a conclusion as to: ‘He had heart disease.’” Joseph Antioco, Brooklyn’s Schaeffer Funeral Home
IF it is true that the numbers of COVID-19 deaths are “padded,” then the true extent of death from the virus is totally skewed. Even in recent weeks when a U-Haul van was located at a NYC funeral home with numerous bodies in it (USA Today), the cause of deaths for each was a question. Were they all COVID-19?
Victor Davis Hanson, a senior fellow at the Hoover Institute stated to Fox’s Laura Ingraham:
“Just three states: Massachusetts, New York and New Jersey account for about 55 percent of all the [coronavirus-related] deaths and, yet, they only have about 11 percent of the population,” the senior fellow at the Hoover Institution told “Ingraham Angle.”
Hanson said that, on the other hand, California, Texas and Florida account for 30 percent of the United States population, but have far fewer deaths.
He was talking about the “one size fits all” shutdown approach to the pandemic. But what if the numbers are wrong? Have the “experts” instilled fear and panic among the people of America over a lie? It appears more and more that the severe lockdowns were not necessary, yet the leftist governors continue the practice and wreaking destruction on their own economies.
We now know that the first “computer models” of COVID-19 were wrong, and the death tolls they predicted were too high. Now we learn that the coroners are so overwhelmed they’re faking the numbers.
