Neo-Nazi Leader in Washington State Has Guns Seized
Arlington, Washington – Washington State Neo-Nazi leader Kaleb Cole had his guns seized after the FBI filed for an Extreme Risk Protection Order (ERPO) (Fox). The ERPO was issued regarding Cole’s connections to the neo-Nazi group Atomwaffen, or ‘atomic weapons’ in German.

The ERPO will be in effect for a year. Seattle and Arlington Police seized five rifles and three handguns, along with gun parts from Kaleb Cole’s residence. They did not charge him with anything at the time, which is standard for red flag laws. But as with any red flag law, this probably will not do any good at all. This ia a violent neo-Nazi leader.

The Atomwaffen Division is a neo-Nazi group that espouses Third Reich ideology and glorifies Hitler and Charles Manson.
No one doubts that this white supremacist group is violent. At least five of their members have been arrested for murder, many others for possession of explosives and planning to blow things up.
The group may have as many as 20 cells around the country, small groups of indeterminate size in Texas, Virginia, Washington, Nevada and elsewhere. Members armed with assault rifles and other guns have taken part in weapons training in various locations over the last two years, including last month in the Nevada desert near Death Valley.
Members have discussed using explosives to cripple public water systems and destroy parts of the electrical power grid. One member even claimed to have obtained classified maps of the power grid in California. Throughout the chats, Atomwaffen members laud Timothy McVeigh, the former soldier who bombed the Alfred P. Murrah federal building in Oklahoma City in 1995, killing 168, including numerous children. Charleston church shooter Dylann Roof and Anders Breivik, the Norwegian extremist who massacred 77 people, also come in for praise.
Law enforcement has been attempting to crack down on this group across the nation. But what makes them think that they can’t get more guns just because of an ERPO? They certainly can get more, as most criminals have many avenues to find what they want. So the effect of ‘stopping a massacre’ may only be temporary.
