Judge Napolitano: Wiretapping Came from UK
In the great debate over whether Trump is “wrong” about the wiretapping, Fox News analyst Judge Napolitano has come up with something totally out of left field. He says that Obama didn’t use the CIA, NSA or FBI to do his dirty work – he claims his information says that the big O used British intelligence.

“Three intelligence sources have informed Fox News that President Obama went outside the chain of command. He didn’t use the NSA. He didn’t use the CIA. He didn’t use the FBI, and he didn’t use Department of Justice. He used GCHQ. What the heck is GCHQ? That’s the initials for the British spying agency. They have 24/7 access to the NSA database. So by simply having two people go to them saying, ‘President Obama needs transcripts of conversations involving candidate Trump, conversations involving president-elect Trump,’ he’s able to get it, and there’s no American fingerprints on this.” Judge Napolitano
That explains some things, and makes more questions. The judge stated that there may never be any evidence as to who was behind it because of British involvement.
GCHQ: “The Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ) is a British intelligence and security organisation responsible for providing signals intelligence (SIGINT) and information assurance to the British government and armed forces.”
The GCHQ denied that the statement was true, and the liberal media, as usual, are now calling Judge Napolitano “pathetic.”
Trump has claimed that the Obama administration wiretapped Trump Tower during the campaign. Some of his own cabinet are reluctant to call their boss wrong, others have already called him wrong because thus far the Justice Department has not found anything to confirm that allegation.
Maybe this is why – the order to tap Trump didn’t originate in the United States. Or it could be that the Obama holdovers in the Justice Department aren’t trying very hard.
Congress gave the DOJ until March 20 to come up with some evidence that he was actually wiretapped. But things are not always what they seem. Trump may sound like he doesn’t know what he’s talking about, but that’s one of those things you should always take with a huge grain of salt. He’s been right more often than not.
