Illegal Alien – Convicted Child Rapist Back in Kansas Nine Days After Being Deported.
Mexican national Simon Rochel-Cervantes, 46, was deported on February 19 after serving seven years in Ellsworth Correctional Center for Child Rape. Nine days later, on March 5, he was back in Kansas according to the Salina Post. What was that about our immigration system being broken?
This is certainly not the first time. But this is an excellent example of the complete and utter failure of the deportation of criminals with the border wide open.
Simon Rochel-Cervantes was convicted of rape of a child under 14 and aggravated witness intimidation. He spent 7 years in the Ellsworth Correctional facility in Kansas. He was deported, only to return through the revolving door at our Southern Border and was arrested in Sedgewick County, Kansas on March 5.
And that’s not all. Prior to the child rape charge, he was previously deported in 2000 at Laredo, Texas.
How many times have we written about criminal illegals who have been deported numerous times? Some for rape, some even for murder, theft, assault, etc. With the border being so open in part of the southwestern US, criminal illegals know exactly how to come back into the country. They could be dropped off in central Mexico and they’d still find their way back.
Here’s just the tip of the iceberg:
- San Jose – Illegal Immigrant Arrested for Killing Woman – Nine ICE Detainers Declined
- Twice Deported Illegal Immigrant Kills Colts Linebacker in Traffic Crash
- Kansas City- Twice Deported Illegal Tells Cops Voices Told Him Who to Shoot
- Judge Releases Previously Deported Mexican National Over Objections of Prosecutors
- Napa County, CA – Armed Illegal Fatally Shot After Shooting at Deputy. Had Been Deported Three Times.
- Previously Deported Illegal Alien Connected to Death of Florida Cop
- Man Deported 6 Times Accused of Oregon Murders
Yes, Democrats, we need to secure our borders. A wall might not stop them all, but it would greatly slow them down. And at the pace of the current apprehensions there, if we don’t do something, we are in serious trouble.
Jeh Johnson, Obama’s former head of the Department of Homeland Security stated firmly that there was indeed a crisis at the southern border, according to Fox.
“By anyone’s definition, by any measure, right now we have a crisis at our southern border. According to the commissioner of [Customs and Border Protection], there were 4,000 apprehensions in one day alone this past week, and we’re on pace for 100,000 apprehensions on our southern border this month. That is by far a greater number than anything I saw on my watch in my three years as Secretary of Homeland Security.” Jeh Johnson
Is anybody listening?
