France – Man on Terror Watch List Joins the Police Force

 In Foreign

Political correctness, no matter what form it takes, can eventually kill people. In France, a man (whom officials did not identify) who has been on their terror  watch list (called an S file) since 2012, completed his police officer training on September 22 and his name has been removed from the list.

Excuse me?

The man was identified in 2012 as a radicalized Islamist. There have been concerns for years about terrorists among the French gendarmes…it seems those concerns have been pushed aside once again. reported,

“A man, once guarded by the intelligence services, became a guardian of peace. He had been the subject of a S card (State Security) for facts dating from 2012. At that time he was a follower of radical Islam. After trying to make a career in the army, he became interested in the police. The ISB then receives serious information about the suspect’s behavior. A S-sheet is immediately issued by the intelligence service of the Ministry of the Interior.

However, despite the existence of  this fact sheet , the man passes through the cracks. He is recruited as a Security Assistant (ADS) and then begins his career with the police.”

America has its own “watch list” and getting on it is pretty easy. You don’t have to be a convicted criminal, you just need association with whoever the government subjectively thinks is a bad guy. If a police officer or agent gets a “hit”, that person is not told he’s on the watch list, but his movements are noted and monitored.

France’s “S” card functions similarly. People are monitored if the “S”card is flagged for some reason, such as a contact or arrest. But that does not guarantee continuous monitoring.

The man who joined the police force on September 22 was monitored for three years, and the French government did not find any reason for concern, so they removed his name from the list.

So let’s think about this for a minute: Did this man lie on purpose to get into the ranks of the police? And what will happen, since this man was at least at one time a radical Islamist, when he decides not to be a “peacekeeper” anymore?

Religion of wrote in part:

Quran (40:28) – A man is introduced as a believer, but one who had to “hide his faith” among those who are not believers.

Quran (3:54) – “And they (the disbelievers) schemed, and Allah schemed (against them): and Allah is the best of schemers.” The Arabic word used here for scheme (or plot) is makara, which literally means ‘deceit’. (See also 8:30 and 10:21).

[If allah can be deceitful, then the followers can as well.]

Sahih Bukhari (49:857) – “He who makes peace between the people by inventing good information or saying good things, is not a liar.” Lying is permitted when the end justifies the means.

Sahih Bukhari (84:64-65) – Speaking from a position of power at the time, Ali confirms that lying is permitted in order to deceive an “enemy.”

“Speaking is a means to achieve objectives. If a praiseworthy aim is attainable through both telling the truth and lying, it is unlawful to accomplish through lying because there is no need for it. When it is possible to achieve such an aim by lying but not by telling the truth, it is permissible to lie if attaining the goal is permissible (N:i.e. when the purpose of lying is to circumvent someone who is preventing one from doing something permissible), and obligatory to lie if the goal is obligatory… it is religiously precautionary in all cases to employ words that give a misleading impression…” Reliance of the Traveler Pg 746- 8.2 (Sharia law)

France’s new counter-terrorism law provides for continual monitoring of recruits for military and law enforcement. This guy is already in their ranks. Stay tuned.
