“Clock boy” and the Wanted Sudanese War Criminal
Khartoum, Sudan – So it appears that Ahmed Mohamed, 14, the teenager who supposedly created the “clock” that looked like the detonator for a bomb, has met with a wanted war criminal just before he was scheduled to visit the White House.
Sudanese War Criminal
Ahmed visited Khartoum, Sudan this last week and met with Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir, who is wanted by international criminal courts for crimes against humanity, rape, murder, torture, and genocide.
As we previously reported, the teen’s “clock” was most likely a fraud in the first place. And the international furor over his arrest for bringing it to a school has promoted him to celebrity status – thanks to such fools as Obama and and Hillary. They fell all over themselves to schmooze the kid because they think he’s an “inventor.”
So Ahmed is now not going to that school anymore and with his father, traveled back to his ancestral home in Sudan. To meet with a war criminal. Just prior to a White House visit. Brilliant move.
Interestingly, Ahmed’s father is Mohamed Hassan al-Sufi – who once ran against al-Bashir in a Sudanese presidential election. They were rivals then. Buddies now, it seems.
But his visit with al-Bashir during a trip to his ancestral homeland has raised eyebrows, as the president is currently wanted by the International Criminal Court for alleged war crimes in Darfur. The trip comes just days before Mohamed is set to visit the White House.
Al-Bashir has vehemently denied the charges against him, which stem from a war he oversaw in Darfur that began in the early 2000s. The conflict has left millions displaced and hundreds of thousands dead in the years since….
He will be back in the U.S. on Saturday for a Muslim organization’s gala event.
On Monday, Mohamed is expected to visit the White House at the invitation of President Obama.
He will be attending the White House Astronomy Night held that evening, which will also be attended by leading NASA scientists and astronauts.
It won’t matter
We suspect that Obama will welcome him with open arms in spite of the meeting with a known war criminal. It’s the “downtrodden Muslim” narrative that this White House continues to perpetuate. Likely they think that al-Bashir is just another misunderstood Muslim.
