Author and media analyst Mark Dice, purveyor of MarkDice.com, is the one who initially obtained and publicized the documents in order to eliminate any misconceptions about the group, which is legally identified on paper as the American Friends of Bilderberg, Inc.
Mark Dice is the author of The Bilderberg Group: Facts and Fiction which is the distillation of years of having studied the group; he also wrote Big Brother: The Orwellian Nightmare Come True and The Resistance Manifesto. He has appeared on such programs as the History Channel’s Decoded, America’s Book of Secrets, and the Travel Channel’s Declassified.
In the following videos, Dice explains that because somebody has to pay for the hotel, security, and so on, there has to be a banking entity attached to the Bilderberg group in order to pay these expenses as well as accept “charitable” donations.
